How to Raise a Support Ticket with PC Protect?
Most issues can be addressed through our support system by reply to your email. If we cannot easily explain by email or the issue is more serious we may request to open a Remote Support Session with you. This way we can connect directly to to your computer over the internet and fix any issue as if we are actually sitting in front of your computer.
